What will you do?

• Implement, configure, and support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform testing, user training, and provide ongoing support to maximize the efficiency of SAP FICO solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in the FICO modules, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices.
• Minimum of 10 years SAP project Implementation and rollout experience in SAP FICO and Budgeting/Planning.
• Experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation, specifically with S/4 HANA.
• Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems
• The ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
• Familiarity with the latest S/4 HANA features and functionalities
• SAP certification in FICO and S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
