We are seeking a skilled Regional Systems & Applications Engineer to support end-to-end system design, deployment, and training initiatives across the APAC region. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, partners, and distributors to drive technical competency, support business development, and ensure successful product launches.

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting Account Managers, Business Development teams, and partners with technical expertise, system design, and sales & marketing activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional and Global Product Marketing teams, technical support colleagues and marketing communications teams to develop product launch strategies, NPIs, and marketing campaigns, including conducting best product demonstrations.
• Conduct training & certification program for distributors and systems integrators through competency assessment.
• Collaborate with partners, distributors, and dealers to establish sales targets, incentive programs, and training programs.
• Supporting end-to-end system design and audio system deployment across APAC region.
• Monitor technical support performance of key partners and provide consultation.
• Support the Business Development team in pipeline creation and opportunity development.
• Design AV systems using 3D modeling tools such as EASE, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Conduct audio system optimization, including tuning and adjustment, using relevant software.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Audio Video or related media field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Pro Audio, Communication technical support.
• Technical competency of producing complex design and Bill of Material of required Pro Audio systems based on site and customer requirements.
• Experience working with Consultants, System Integrator, Distributors.
• Experience in managing multiple channel partners to drive business growth.
• Prior knowledge in the AV and Public Address system will be considered an advantage.
