Requirements
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for positions across Australia/ Malaysia, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers in Australia/ Malaysia to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for the Australian/ Malaysian talent market (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping).
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for business‑critical and niche roles.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with country's employment practices and internal policies.
- Represent the company in employer branding initiatives and virtual career engagements.
- Track performance metrics and deliver weekly TA reports to HR team.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional scope or exposure to the Australia/ Malaysia market.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and market trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, regional environment.
* Commission given for each closure. Opportunity to convert to permanent role.
