Key Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for positions across Australia/ Malaysia, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers in Australia/ Malaysia to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for the Australian/ Malaysian talent market (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping).
Conduct competency‑based interviews and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for business‑critical and niche roles.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with country's employment practices and internal policies.
Represent the company in employer branding initiatives and virtual career engagements.
Track performance metrics and deliver weekly TA reports to HR team.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional scope or exposure to the Australia/ Malaysia market.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and market trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, regional environment.

* Commission given for each closure. Opportunity to convert to permanent role.
