Requirements
- Partner with local management and HQ business leaders to plan and manage headcount, recruitment needs, and hiring budgets.
- Develop and expand local sourcing channels to attract top talent while optimizing recruitment costs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring all processes and workflows are completed accurately and on time.
- Own and enhance the candidate experience, including designing job postings, job descriptions, and role requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver recruitment reports according to organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Familiarity with university programs and strong connections with university career offices or student organizations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with strong presentation-building skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
