Responsibilities

  • Partner with local management and HQ business leaders to plan and manage headcount, recruitment needs, and hiring budgets.
  • Develop and expand local sourcing channels to attract top talent while optimizing recruitment costs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring all processes and workflows are completed accurately and on time.
  • Own and enhance the candidate experience, including designing job postings, job descriptions, and role requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver recruitment reports according to organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Familiarity with university programs and strong connections with university career offices or student organizations is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with strong presentation-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
