Job Scope:

Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit

Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
