We are looking for a HR & Admin Analyst to support end to end HR operations and administrative functions, while assisting HR system implementation and digitalisation initiatives. The role will cover the full spectrum of HR and office administrative activities, including recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, general office and facilities administration. This position offers balanced exposure to HR operations, administrative management and HR process improvement initiatives in a lean working environment.

We are looking for a HR & Admin Analyst to support end to end HR operations and administrative functions, while assisting HR system implementation and digitalisation initiatives. The role will cover the full spectrum of HR and office administrative activities, including recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, general office and facilities administration. This position offers balanced exposure to HR operations, administrative management and HR process improvement initiatives in a lean working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR and administrative operations
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files and HR system data
- Support and coordinate monthly payroll processing, including preparation and verification of payroll inputs and liaison with payroll vendor
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative queries from employees
- Support general office and facilities administration, including vendor coordination and office supplies management
- Support HR reporting, headcount tracking, payroll reconciliation and basic HR data analysis
- Assist in HR system implementation and digitalisation initiatives, including system testing, UAT, documentation and user support
- Assist with HR and administrative projects, process improvements and ad-hoc duties in a lean team environment
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
- Hands-on exposure to payroll processing or payroll-related administration
- Basic knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practice
- Experience or strong interest in HR systems and data management
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to multitask
- Able to work independently in a small team
- Chinese language proficiency in speaking and writing preferred in order to communicate with stakeholders in Hong Kong and Shanghai HQ
