We're looking for a highly experienced Temenos T24/Transact Engineerto:

• develop and modify T24 modules using TAFJ, JBASE infobasic, Java, and otherrelevant programming languages. Design, develop, and implementcustomizations, configurations, and enhancements to the Temenos TransactT24 platform. Troubleshoot and resolve defects, issues, and bugs relatedto T24 applications. Perform unit testing (TUT), integration testing, andsupport user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions
• provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in theirprofessional growth and development
• stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Temenos TransactT24 platform and related technologies and make recommendations for processimprovements and system optimizations
• provide technical support and expertise advice throughout all technical stages ofprojects, change Request and third level support
• work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existingsystems
• collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Temenos Transact T24 system

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and servicesfulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll beworking in the Core Banking Tech (CBT) team in Singapore/Pune,India focusing on CBT Core Technology Division managing CoreBanking platform.
TEMENOS T24 (a.k.a. Transact) is the core banking system that is extensivelyused by Wealth Management, Australia. We provide architecture and applicationdevelopment (AAD) services for "Core banking" platform, that is used by WealthManagement Businesss, Australia.

We define the domain architecture strategy and solution engineering standardsfor Core Banking Platform within WMI Core Technology division and areresponsible for developing, maintaining, and strategically transforming theapplication portfolio in close collaboration with our business sponsorssupporting Private Banking (Wealth Management) division.
This role will be a part of WMI Core Technology division within the bank. Allour projects exhibit the following common features such as significantengagement with product owners and user-interaction, technical autonomy andinnovation, highly motivated and engaged development teams, High quality andcommercial benefits. All the teams follow Agile and DevOps methodology toefficiently manage the development and delivery of technology solutions.
The Technology groups support the vision by providing digital capabilities,delivering high quality IT solutions and services to support the growth andprofitability of the Bank.

Your expertise:

• minimum of 15+ years of experience as a T24/Transact Lead, ideally within abanking or financial services environment, with a deep understanding ofcore banking processes, functionalities and the integration patterns supported by Temenos
• strong knowledge of coding in L3 Java code, Python, Oracle & Postgres DB,Linux scripts, deployment architecture
• experience in T24 upgrades, data migration, and performance optimization andcloud-based T24/Transact development & TPH will be an added advantage
• familiar with DevOps process and Tools i.e. Design Studio, JIRA, Confluence
• very good knowledge in T24 modules - CORE/System, Securities, MM, LD, FOREX
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conveytechnical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• proficient in working in an agile environment. Deep understanding on deliveringsoftware using various IT solution delivery methodology and specificallyon "agile" delivery approach
• good knowledge over engineering practices like 'Test Driven Development' / 'Behavioural Driven Development' and other 'agile' engineering practice
