The HR Intern supports the corporate HR team in daily HR operations, administration, and employee engagement activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to internal HR functions in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR administrative tasks, documentation, and record management
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR coordination
  • Support internal communications, training sessions, and HR activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records and trackers
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
