The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the PeopleSearch team in candidate research, market mapping, and recruitment coordination for professional and executive search assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing through targeted research and profiling
• Support market mapping and focused headhunting activities
• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling
• Engage candidates to gather information and build talent pipelines

Job Requirements

• Goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
• Resourceful and confident when speaking with professionals
• Interest in recruitment, research, or consulting
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
