• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Engage clients to understand hiring requirements
• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable with client interaction
• Interest in recruitment or consulting
