The Talent Acquisition Executive supports mass hiring and workforce deployment for frontline and operational roles in a high-volume recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for frontline roles
• Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and hiring activities
• Support onboarding and deployment processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Handle candidate enquiries and follow-ups

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Comfortable engaging a high volume of candidates
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
