Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities for Octomate Staffing. This is a 360 role involving client servicing, candidate management, and recruitment delivery, supported by digital systems and structured processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and staffing requirements
• Source, screen, and place candidates for staffing roles
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and deployment
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates
• Manage recruitment, deployment, and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate recruitment and staffing trackers
• Support staffing operations using internal systems

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Interest or experience in recruitment or staffing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and processes
