Job Description

The HR & Social Media Intern supports recruitment operations while creating short-form social media content such as reels and posts to support employer branding and hiring outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment coordination, resume screening, and candidate communications
  • Create and edit short-form content (e.g. reels, videos, posts) for social media platforms
  • Assist with filming, basic editing, captions, and content scheduling
  • Support employer branding and hiring-related content initiatives
  • Track basic engagement metrics and content performance
  • Support HR and social media administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and social media content creation
  • Comfortable creating reels, short videos, and posts
  • Familiar with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
