We are recruiting for a Supply Chain & Logistics client, seeking a hands-on HR Executive (Generalist) tosupport their growing operations.

About the Role

You will be the go-to HR professional managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment - Manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse, operations, and corporate roles.
  • Onboarding - Conduct seamless inductions and manage new hire documentation.
  • Employee Relations - Act as first point of contact for queries; support conflict resolution and policy guidance.
  • Performance Management - Coordinate reviews and support goal-setting.
  • HR Operations - Maintain HRIS, prepare reports, ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Payroll & Benefits - Assist with payroll data and administer employee benefits.
  • Engagement & Welfare - Support staff engagement and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in HR/Business or related field
  • 2-4 years HR generalist experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar industries
  • Knowledge of local employment laws
  • Strong communicator with a proactive and discreet approach
