About the Role
Join Octomate Staffing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist TMP in a technology-driven recruitment environment. Collaborate with clients and candidates to deliver tailored staffing solutions, using Octomate’s digital tools to streamline workflows and improve hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and recruitment challenges.

• Source, engage, and manage candidates across digital platforms.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement.

• Collaborate with technology and HR teams to enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable with digital tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Available for at least 3 months, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
