Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and personnel records management
- Manage recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment timelines
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with MOM and relevant employment regulations
- Support foreign manpower matters including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable)
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and statutory submissions (CPF, SDL, etc.)
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
- Support audits, HR reports, and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements
- Payroll processing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
