Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Onboarding & Employee Administration

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and onboarding documentation.

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate employee

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare HR related letters and documentation.

2.⁠ ⁠Work Pass Administration

• ⁠ ⁠Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with MOM, agents, and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.

3.⁠ ⁠Training & Compliance

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate training administration, including:

o\tSourcing training courses and providers

o\tTracking attendance and completion

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.

• ⁠ ⁠Support training cost and training hours tracking.

4.⁠ ⁠Employee Life Cycle Management

• ⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:

o\tOnboarding

o\tConfirmation

o\tInternal transfers

o\tSalary adjustments

o\tCessation

• ⁠ ⁠Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.

5.⁠ ⁠HR Reporting & Support

• ⁠ ⁠Assist in maintaining HR reports

• ⁠ ⁠Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
