- Proficiency in a programming language (Python, VBA), Google Suite (Appsheet, Looker) and visualisation software e.g. Tableau, Looker
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for digital innovation, technology adoption, and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of real estate and hospitality will be an added advantage
