The Opportunity:

As an HR Consultant & Portfolio Lead focusing on Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of helping our clients secure top talent. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while building and nurturing your own portfolio of client relationships.

This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional sourcing skills and a passion for connecting outstanding candidates with exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Employ innovative sourcing strategies (beyond traditional job boards) to proactively identify and engage high-caliber HR professionals.
• Client Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of client hiring managers, understanding their unique needs and strategic objectives.
• Candidate Profiling & Presentation: Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment, creating compelling profiles for client review (target of 10 profiles per week).
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback facilitation, offer negotiation, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• HR Practice Growth: Identify opportunities to expand your client portfolio and potentially build a team to support your growing practice.
• Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and the talent landscape in Malaysia.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage our in-house HR software to efficiently manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure process adherence.
