In essentially a client-facing role, we are looking for someone who wants to not only meet with business owners to work on hiring problems but at the same time earn as much as the amount of hard work put in.

Our office is conveniently located near Tai Seng MRT with the building compound having both swimming pool and gym access. The remuneration package is competitive, of which all cost of sales will be covered (mobile and transport coverage provided). Team wise, we have a conducive office environment consisting of tightly knitted employees with no office politics but much celebrations for all small wins.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist companies with their manpower/hiring requirements
• Acquire and follow up with leads who align with our competitive advantage
• Provide long term customer relationship servicing
• Develop sales plan to achieve targets
• Filter through candidates to get suitable matches for job openings
• Work with operations for smooth processing of work pass matters
• Perform operational / administrative duties and paperwork for placements
