JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & StaffingHR is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting the right talent. This includes:• Writing job descriptions that match role expectations.• Advertising vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn, and career sites.• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.• Collaborating with managers to select suitable candidates.• Issuing offer letters and managing onboarding.
