Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial outreach via social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
• Screen candidates to assess suitability, motivation, and communication skills
• Explain the career path, training structure, andbasic income model to candidates
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with leaders or managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement
• Maintain and update a recruitment pipeline of active prospects
• Support recruitment events, career talks, and referral campaigns
• Work closely with leaders to meet recruitment targets and growth goals

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at different stages
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, HR, or financial services is a plus, but not required
