We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier technical and operational talent within the global blockchain and DeFi ecosystems. This role is pivotal in scaling our engineering and business teams while fostering a high-performance culture that values innovation and meritocracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.
- Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent within the global blockchain and DeFi sectors through direct sourcing, professional networking, and industry-specific channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide expert guidance on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline using data-driven sourcing strategies and market mapping.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our commitment to technical excellence and professional integrity.
- Lead internal HR initiatives, including employer branding and the optimization of recruitment workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a high-growth FinTech, Blockchain, or IT Consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for global stakeholder management. Professional fluency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage to facilitate communication with regional partners and candidates.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Skilled in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced digital sourcing platforms.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
