Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations by responding to employee enquiries related to leave, claims, benefits, HR policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and first-day arrangements to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in learning and development administration, including preparation of training materials, e-learning resources, and coordination support.
- Support employee benefits and welfare administration, including leave documentation, wellness initiatives, and benefits-related matters.
- Assist with HR budgeting support and records management.
- Support PDPA compliance through document updates and ongoing HR data housekeeping.
- Plan and coordinate staff engagement activities, wellness programmes, and company events.
- Provide backup support across routine HR functions to ensure operational continuity.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors on office facilities, maintenance, and workplace support matters.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and minor equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper documentation.
- Coordinate servicing and maintenance of office equipment and facilities, including printers, pantry appliances, office plants, and fire safety equipment.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects, including document preparation, scheduling, follow-ups, and content creation.
- Support procurement processes by requesting quotations, preparing documentation, and coordinating vendor arrangements.
- Create, update, and maintain content on the company SharePoint intranet, including announcements, information pages, and digital resources.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support HR and workplace operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Entry-level position; prior HR or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
