We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer specializing in GIS to support and enhance government application platforms used in nationwide digital initiatives. This role works closely with governmentagencies to develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-scale systems in a regulated, mission-critical environment.

The role involves full-cycle application development, system enhancement, testing, deployment, and production support to deliver reliable and scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance government IT applications, including issue investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.
• Design and develop new applications and system enhancements based on approved specifications.
• Perform iterative prototyping, system integration, testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain unit tests and automated end-to-end test scripts, supporting CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins).
• Coordinate deployment of enhancements and fixes, working closely with end users, system analysts, and infrastructure teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant application development experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Web GIS technologies, such as: ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Server REST API, GeoServer, PostGIS
• Proficiency in any front-end (Javascript/ReactJS preferred) and back-end programming languages (.NET preferred)
• Experience with Git or other version control systems is advantageous.
• Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Singaporeans/PRs/EP holders are welcome.
