1. Work on-site at the client's location in Singapore, assisting the R&D team in installing, debugging, providing equipment guidance and conducting assessment. After the assessment is completed, hand over the equipment to the client and complete the on-site service activities related to troubleshooting, diagnosis and maintenance of the equipment.

2. Cooperate with the client's PE team to debug and produce products.

3. Prepare on-site service reports for the client and provide documentation to other support departments regarding recurring issues.

4. Maintain equipment operation and upgrades, and complete equipment performance testing and monitoring.

5. Master the functions and usage methods of the company's products, be able to use the company's products independently and respond to customer feedback and arrange problem-solving promptly.

6. Maintain client relationships, communicate and summarize customer needs, and cooperate with the marketing department to complete product research and market promotion tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of working experience. Those with a background in optics or optoelectronics, instrumentation and measurement, applied physics or mechanical and electronic related fields are preferred.

2. Have experience in the semiconductor, advanced packaging, OLED, and solar energy industries.

3. Have experience in optical technology or equipment debugging and maintenance.

4. Possess good interpersonal skills/communication abilities, be able to understand customer needs, have strong independent working ability, be responsible, and have integrity.

Note: This position requires a long-term base in Singapore, and proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication is required.
