Human ResourcesThe Recruitment Consultant (Contract Staffing) manages the hiring for contract and temporary roles while driving business development efforts. This role focuses on account servicing, candidate sourcing, and ensuring timely deployment of contract staff
Job Responsibilities
1: Account Management
• \tAct as the main point of contact for clients regarding contract staffing needs.
• \tProvide timely updates, manpower availability, and delivery timelines.
• \tHandle client issues, feedback, and contract staff performance concerns.
2. Recruitment & Deployment (Contract Staffing)
• \tSource, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and contract roles.
• \tManage high-volume recruitment pipelines and quick turnaround placements.
• \tCoordinate interviews, job briefings, and deployment arrangements.
• \tEnsure proper onboarding, documentation, timesheet collection, and compliance.
• \tMaintain candidate database and build pipelines for recurring roles.
• \tAssist in end-to-end recruitment process, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, etc.
3. Contract Staff Management
• \tMonitor contract employees' attendance, performance, and contract renewals.
• \tHandle basic HR matters such as replacements, extensions, and terminations.
• \tSupport payroll team with necessary information on hours, absenteeism, and exceptions
• \tHandle employees' enquiries and feedbacks
4. HR & Administration Support
• \tPrepare HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)
• \tMaintain accuracy of HR database, timely update & processing of employee records in HR system
• \tEnsure all documentations are properly filed (i.e. P-Files, E-P Files)
• \tValidate and prepare biometrics report for billing
• \tAssist in claims submission, government grants, insurance, etc
• \tAny other HR/Admin duties assigned
Job Requirements
• \tMinimum 2 year of experience in recruitment, contract/temp staffing or manpower outsourcing preferred.
• \t CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory
• \tStrong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, Jobstreet, Indeed, or industry networks & social media.
• \tStrong organizational and administrative skills
• \tProficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office
• \tPositive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill
• \tAttention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation
• \tAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• \tMeticulous and pleasant disposition
