We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement and client management. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Sourcing for new client
• Build and maintain client relationships; understand hiring needs and provide talent advisory.
• Develop talent pipelines through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and handle feedback.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide aftercare support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with MOM guidelines.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field
• 1-3 years of recruitment (agency or in-house) preferred.
• With 360 recruitment functions
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• CEI certification is an advantage.
