Human ResourcesAs part of business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR Services Lead to be part of the Singapore team. You will be responsible for supporting critical people services, payroll, C&B, systems and ownership of key milestone projects. You will also be an integral member supporting the Group's strategic expansion and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Responsible for entire payroll cycle
Maintain robust compensation records and key updates such as promotions, terminations, and tax
Establish dynamic dashboards and analytics for both reporting and business use
Manage tax clearances, CPF submissions, annual income tax filing, government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.
Partner Finance on payroll closing, GL posting, payroll reconciliation etc.
Responsible for work process optimisation and continuous improvement
Work closely within HR team to attend to and providing solutioning to all employee related matters
Serves as subject matter expert for system optimisation and projects
Provide primary support to business on all strategic and operational initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Proven HR services and/or payroll experience
Proficiency in payroll software (BIPO, Workday)
Strong attention to details and data accuracy
Able to exercise flexibility in work management
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally
Knowledge of Singapore's labour laws and best practices
