Education Qualification

a.\tAt least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or an Equivalent.

Required Competencies

1.\tHave good knowledge and skillset in the following platforms and applications:

• \tSAP Systems installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, administration and monitoring (SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC)

• \tDatabase (SAP HANA, Sybase ASE Database, SAP IQ).

• \tOperating Systems (Windows Server, Linux).

• \tMicrosoft Applications (Active Directory, System Centre Suite).

• \tManagement Tools (SCCM, WSUS, SEPM, SCVMM). Virtualisation Platform (VMware, Hyper-V).

• \tStorage and Backup (Symantec NetBackup).

• \tWeb Tools (F5 Load Balancer, Proxy/Reverse Proxy Setup, Apache, IIS, SAP Web dispatcher).

• \tIT Security Hardening on Windows Server and Linux.

• \tVarious methodologies of SAP system cloning/copy (Hierarchical/Homogeneous).

• \tSAP backup and restore procedures for database-specific and OS-specific systems,

2. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations and producing high-quality deliverables and support with minimum supervision.

Required Working Experience for Basis Support

• \tAt least 3 years of working experience in SAP Basis.

• \tAt least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system implementation and support.

• \tExperience in client copies, system cloning/copy (Heterogeneous/Homogeneous), transport management, user accounts management, patch management, and backup/restore of SAP systems is preferred.

• \tExperience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of core SAP platforms is preferred.

• \tExperience in the administration of Microsoft Technologies is preferred.

• \tExperience in the administration of Linux is preferred.

• \tExperience in HR projects is preferred.
