Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a permanent consulting desk
• Manage recruitment assignments on all levels
• Ensure each recruitment assignment is deliveredto budget and to Client's expectation
• Demonstrate "best practices" for all end to endrecruitment activities
• Manage KPIs and revenue targets
