Provide technical advice to customers on pump/compressor-related enquiries.

• Selection of pumps based on the specifications given by customers.
• Provide coordination support to Sales Engineers and Managers
• Manage entire sales cycle from quotation to final delivery and client sign-off
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Work closely with customers and maintain good business relations.
• Assist Manager in project documentation and execution.
• Participate in client meetings to clarify technical specifications, address queries, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist with onsite system commissioning and troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background.
• A Meticulous and fast learner with good communication skills.
• Experience in pump/vacuum/compressor industry is a plus.
