Role Overview

The Technical Lead (DevOps) will lead DevOps initiatives,CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead infrastructure automation using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for seamless deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise production environments.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance, security, and system resilience.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in DevOps, cloud, and automation.
• Strong experience with AWS/Azure, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
