Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java 8, Microservices) will lead backenddevelopment, microservice architecture, and ensure delivery of high-qualitysolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Java 8 microservices.
• Ensure coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimise backend systems.
• Mentor junior developers and elevate technical delivery maturity.
• Support CI/CD, monitoring, and security compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Java backend and microservices development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams.
• Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery.
