Role Overview

The Technical Lead - ReactJS will lead front-end teams,define React architecture, and ensure delivery of scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and design of ReactJS applications.
• Mentor front-end developers and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, and QA teams.
• Conduct code reviews, optimise performance, and ensure accessibility.
• Implement front-end CI/CD and automated testing.
• Maintain documentation for best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8 years front-end development experience, with strong ReactJS expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience in mentoring teams and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
