Role Overview

The Java Backend Developer will design, develop, andmaintain backend services and microservices, ensuring high performance,security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and related frameworks.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Optimise database queries, ensure secure coding practices, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain CI/CD integration and support automated deployment pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for backend applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile delivery.
