Role Overview

This role leads Android feature delivery, squad management,design review, and continuous improvement activities for customer mobileplatforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Android software delivery, feature planning, and architectural reviews.
• Guide coding standards, security considerations, and test automation.
• Partner with product, UI/UX, backend services, and platform stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Mentor developers, enable knowledge transfer, and elevate delivery maturity.

Requirements

• 7+ years Android development experience.
• Hands-on coding expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, API consumption, storage, notifications, and testing frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise mobility or large app environments.
• Strong communication and Agile scrum delivery exposure.
