Role Overview

The Senior Technical Lead - ReactJS will lead front-enddevelopment, architect React solutions, and mentor development teams to deliverscalable and performant web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of ReactJS applications.
• Mentor and guide front-end developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure accessibility standards.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and front-end processes.
• Implement front-end CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years front-end development experience with 3+ years in ReactJS leadership.
• Strong skills in React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of micro-frontends, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
• Experience in Agile environments and mentoring junior developers.
