Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java) will oversee backend development,guide the team, and ensure robust, scalable Java-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Java applications and microservices.
• Ensure coding standards, architecture best practices, and security compliance.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Troubleshoot complex backend issues and ensure system performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Java backend development.
• Strong skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and database design.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and cloud integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
