Role Overview

The Technical Lead - ReactJS will lead the front-enddevelopment team, define architecture, and deliver high-quality, scalable Reactapplications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ReactJS applications.
• Mentor front-end developers and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with backend teams, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and optimise application performance.
• Implement CI/CD for front-end deployment.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for front-end development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience mentoring teams and Agile delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
