Role Overview

The L3 Windows Systems Engineer will manage and maintainenterprise Windows environments, resolve complex issues, and ensure highavailability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and network-related issues.
• Implement patches, upgrades, and security updates.
• Collaborate with DevOps, network, and application teams.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Windows server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
