Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java 8) will guide backend developmentteams, oversee microservice architecture, and ensure delivery of enterpriseapplications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Java 8 backend applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise backend performance.
• Mentor developers and support technical growth.
• Implement CI/CD and automation practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Java backend development.
• Strong skills in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
