Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java) will lead backend teams, ensurearchitecture quality, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend Java development and architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Troubleshoot complex backend issues and optimise performance.
• Maintain documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
