Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java) will manage backend developmentteams, ensure architecture quality, and deliver robust and scalable Javaapplications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture, design, and development of Java applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise system performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and databases.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery.
