Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java 8) will lead backend development,microservices architecture, and ensure delivery of high-quality enterpriseapplications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Java development, architecture, and code quality assurance.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimise backend performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
