Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java) will lead backend development,mentor teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Java application development, architecture, and code quality reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimise system performance.
• Ensure documentation and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Leadership experience and familiarity with Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting.
