Role Overview

The Technical Lead (Java) will manage backend teams, overseearchitecture, and ensure enterprise application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Java backend development and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot and optimise performance.
• Mentor developers and guide delivery teams.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
