Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will

• Provide on-site support for Operational Technology (OT) systems and infrastructure, as guided and supervised by OT Lead/Manager.

• Support OT Lead for site change control activities and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.

• Provide first level onsite troubleshooting support for IT/OT systems

• Carry out periodic preventive maintenance activities for onsite systems

• Perform System Administrator role activities for user access management

• Conduct user access reviews as part of system lifecycle activities.

• Update technical specifications and validation documents for OT systems

Requirements

• Diploma in a Engineering or Computing discipline

• Skilled in Computing, IT, Infrastructure and network equipment

• Basic knowledge in general industrial standards and Automation systems

• Customer-focused and good communication skills

• Working experience in life science industry would be an added advantage
