- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Manage new-hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal systems.
- Handle employee lifecycle documentation (appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, exits).
- Assist in payroll inputs - attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, etc.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
- Support initiatives that promote a healthy workplace environment.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
- Assist in goal setting, appraisal tracking, and documentation.
- Work with managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs by coordinating with department heads.
- Organize internal/external training sessions or workshops.
- Track training outcomes and maintain training records.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
- Handle statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) with compliance accuracy.
7. Exit Management
- Manage resignation/termination processes, exit interviews, and documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for full & final settlement.
- Analyse attrition trends and suggest improvements.
