Qualifications:
Work Experience:
1. IT Operations & Support
- Manage daily IT operations, including network, server, and system monitoring.
- Provide technical support and guidance to division IT team members and end users.
- Ensure uptime and availability of all critical IT systems and services.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee system and server maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, security, and business continuity.
- Monitor and maintain servers (Wintel & Linux environment), ensuring patch management, backups, and performance tuning are carried out regularly.
2. Infrastructure & Network Management
- Manage local and regional IT infrastructure, including LAN, servers, storage, and cloud environments.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with IT and corporate security policies.
3. Project Management
- Lead or support IT infrastructure and system projects such as upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact during implementations.
4. Governance & Compliance
- Enforce IT policies, system access control, and data protection standards.
- Conduct regular system and security audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Prepare IT documentation, maintenance records, and performance reports.
5. Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor division IT staff, ensuring effective task delegation and skill development.
- Provide technical guidance in troubleshooting and escalation handling.
- Coordinate with regional/global IT teams to align with corporate standards and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, CompTIA, PMP) are an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge in server administration, network management, and system maintenance.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, backup management, and IT governance practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Based in SG and must be able to travel to Batam when necessary.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant IT experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and end-user support.
- Hands-on experience with servers, networking equipment, and cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Oracle).
- Experience in vendor management, IT procurement, and budgeting.
- Exposure to cybersecurity management and IT compliance frameworks preferred.
